Our take
This Soozier dumbbell set is a solid choice for basic arm workouts. The rubber coating is a nice touch—it protects my floor and doesn't make a lot of noise when I set them down. The non-slip handles feel secure even when my hands get sweaty. At 12 pounds each, they're great for curls, shoulder presses, and other light exercises. However, I wish the handles were a bit longer for a more comfortable two-handed grip. Also, the rubber smell was strong out of the box, but it faded after a few days. For the price, it's a decent starter set, but serious lifters will quickly outgrow the weight.
